Red Bank police found the man they say stabbed someone Wednesday night.
Officers discovered 42-year-old Reynard Cable in the back of the Cherokee Motel along with the suspected weapon. He is in police custody, according to a release, and charges are pending.
At 9:07 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a reported stabbing at an apartment at 1111 Dayton Blvd.
Officers found a victim with several stab wounds, and paramedics rushed him to a hospital. His condition is not known.
