Kelly Dobbs

Chattanooga Police are seeking help in locating Kelly Dobbs, who was last seen at 3508 Clio Avenue at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Dobbs left the residence taking his daily walk to the Duck Pond in Rossville, Ga., police said, and has not been seen since.

Police said Dobbs suffers from medical and mental conditions. He is 5'10" tall, weighs approximately 275 pounds, has a buzz haircut, and was last seen wearing glasses, a brown shirt, black jacket, blue jeans, and black hat.
