Ronald Flanigan has been safely recovered in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation had issued an Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Cookeville Police Department for the 5-month-old boy, a news release stated.

Ronald was believed to be in the company of his parents, Amanda and Ronald Collins Jr.
