Hamilton County Commission Chairman Fred Skillern is set to face opposition in the May primary.

Minutes after Skillern was key speaker at the Hamilton County Pachyderm Club's weekly lunch, Randy Fairbanks, a Republican accountant, announced he would seek to unseat the long serving commissioner in District 1.
