The Jackson County (Ala.) Sheriff's Office has reported its seizure of an illegal moonshine still and untaxed alcohol at East Willow Street in Scottsboro, Ala.

That led to the arrest of Jason Michael Ferguson, 30, of Scottsboro, who was charged with possession of a moonshine still and possession of untaxed alcohol, the sheriff's office said.

A news release said the still was made with plastic five-gallon buckets and household items. It also said about 10 gallons of corn "mash" and some two to three gallons of untaxed alcohol were also found in the residence.

Ferguson continues in the Jackson County Jail with no bond set.
