A man is facing multiple charges after a crash that shut down a portion of I-75 in Whitfield County.

Officials say the driver of a Dodge truck lost control and crashed near mile marker 336 Tuesday night. A tractor trailer struck the truck.

The driver of the Dodge fled the scene and jumped over the side of the overpass. He landed below and suffered injuries.
