Chattanooga police have identified the victim in a shooting Tuesday that left one man in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.
Officers responded a call at 2421 4th Ave. at about 4:30 this afternoon and found 20-year-old Robert Allen with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot.
Ronnie Dobbins Jr. was identified as the suspect, according to a news release.
Dobbins was arrested during the night by members of the Crime Suppression Unit and is currently in the Hamilton County Jail, the release stated.
Dobbins was charged with attempted first degree murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of a firearm.
