Bradley crash victim identified

The 13-year-old girl who died in a car crash Friday night in Bradley County has been identified as Ciara Alexis Pagan, according to a news release from the Bradley County Sheriff's Office.

Spokesman Bob Gault said Ciara was a rear-seat passenger in a Ford Mustang that left the road on Bryan Circle and hit a utility pole.

The driver, Shawn David Toll, 38, of Bryan Circle, was taken by ambulance to Erlanger hospital in Chattanooga. Another passenger, a 14-year-old girl, was treated at SkyRidge Medical Center, and a 13-year-old passenger declined treatment, Gault said.

The impact snapped the pole and the Bennett Acres subdivision was without power for several hours.

This is the fifth traffic death this year in Bradley County.
