• INTERACTIVE: Hastert indictment

Hamilton County Commissioners agreed today to consider a vote to have discretionary funds posted online.

Commissioner Marty Haynes made the motion to have a resolution drafted, filling a campaign promise to bring more transparency to the funds. Commissioner Joe Graham said he would second the motion.

In addition to the online posting, Chairman Fred Skillern said he would like for commissioners to be supplied with quarterly reports on the fund spending as well. He said the reports should include all records of spending for commissioners from the start of their terms to present.

The measure is expected to be on the agenda for the Oct. 16 commission meeting.
