Hixson Chapter 310 of the Order of the Eastern Star will hold its sixth annual quilt show, "Every Quilt Tells a Story," on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 11-12, at Oakwood Baptist Church, 4501 Bonny Oaks Drive.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Admission is $5.

Quilts will be displayed and judged, with ribbons awarded for first, second and third places. Vendors will be on-site for shopping.

Anyone wishing to enter a quilt or reserve a vendor's space should contact Guelda Malone at 870-6832 or Jody Burch at 842-9325 by Saturday, Oct. 4.
