Joshua Kilgore

The case against a convicted sex offender has been sent to the grand jury.

Thirty-two-year-old Joshua Kilgore was arrested last week and charged with violation of sex offender registry.

He faced similar charges in January after 6 months of evading police, and was sentenced to a suspended 4-year prison sentence.
