Porter’s Steakhouse, 827 Broad St., will offer the next in its series of Cocktail Labs from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 5. In this hands-on class, the house mixologist will go through the steps of how to prepare multiple drinks, complete with a bit of their history. Participants will be able to taste multiple concoctions and compare their own creations.
