Man arrested in Alabama for growing marijuana, possesion of meth-making equipment

Members of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant Wednesday at a residence on County Road 93 in Bryant, Ala.

During the search the unit located an indoor marijuana growing operation and seized 43 marijuana plants, 2 long guns, drug paraphernalia and components of a methamphetamine laboratory.

Jamey Deuane Huckabee, 46, of Bryant, Ala., was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, felony drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Huckabee is incarcerated in Jackson County Jail.
