The National Weather Service has issued the following alerts:

• FLOOD WARNING for Chattooga County until 10:15 a.m.

• FLASH FLOOD WARNING for DeKalb and Jackson counties in Alabama until 8:30 a.m.

• FLOOD WATCHES in effect for Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Gilmer, Murray, Union, Walker and Whitfield counties through late tonight.
