Bill Haas leads the first round of the Masters

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Bill Haas leads the first round of the Masters after he shot a 4-under 68 in a round that included six birdies and two bogeys.

He leads defending champion Adam Scott by one stroke.

There are six players who finished at 2-under 70 including former Vanderbilt golfer Brandt Snedeker who called a penalty on himself during his round.
