AUGUSTA, Ga. — Former Masters champion Bubba Watson owns a three-shot lead nearly halfway through the 2014 Masters.

Watson, who played at the University of Georgia, shot a 4-under 68 on Friday and leads at 7 under for the tournament. He had a stretch of five straight birdies before closing with a bogey.

Australian golfer John Senden is alone in second place at 4 under with two holes to play. Senden has made six birdies today.

Former Baylor School golfer Harris English shot a 4-over 76 and will likely miss the cut and end his first Masters tournament.
