Ooltewah's Holly Hall signs with Tusculum

Ooltewah senior Holly Hall recently signed a scholarship to continue her soccer career at Tusculum College, an NCAA Division II school in Greeneville, Tenn.

Hall was a four-year starter at defender and midfielder for the Lady Owls, making the

All-District-5-AAA first team three times and all-region three times as well. She was voted the district's defensive most valuable player in 2012 and was named to the 2013 all-state team.

"Holly has been a great leader for Ooltewah soccer and a dedicated servant of our soccer program," Ooltewah coach Rick Adolph said. "Not only has she excelled on the field, but in the classroom as well. She has been a selfless teammate that always put others -- including teammates -- before herself.

"On the field, Holly becomes a fierce competitorand plays with great intensity. ... She has a drive to be the best she can be and has great soccer ability from the years of dedication to get where she is today. The years of hard, fun work have helped her to see her dream of playing college soccer come true."
