Joseph SkinnerNASHVILLE, TN - A man is in the metro jail after police say he threw a child out of a car.
Police say Joseph Skinner unstrapped the car seat out of the car and threw it outside while the child was sitting in it.
Skinner was allegedly involved in a fight with the child's parents, and according to police, he wanted the family out of the car, which is what led to the incident.
