Barry Gibb sells Johnny Cash property in Hendersonville for $2 million

Barry Gibb of the 1970s pop group the Bee Gees and his wife, Linda, have sold the Hendersonville property June Carter and Johnny Cash called home for over 40 years.

Lakehouse Holdings, a Tennessee limited liability company, purchased the property at 200 Caudill Drive for $2 million, according to a warranty deed filed March 18 with the Sumner County Register of Deeds office.

Rachelle Caudill of Realty Title & Escrow Company in Hendersonville confirmed the sale to a reporter Tuesday, but declined to disclose further information citing privacy laws.
