While her name is known in the local real estate realm, there is more to the story of Grace Frank than meets the eye.

Grace Frank has been selling homes in the Chattanooga area for more than 10 years.

“I have been in the field for over 20 years, first as a business development director for large health care systems, then as an investor,” Frank said in regards to how she got her start. “For the past ten years, I have had my [real estate] license.”

And in those 10 years, Frank has had much success and created a group that serves buyers and sellers well in many ways. Her MBA in marketing allows her to be at the top of the game for sellers wanting their home sold. From advice and consultations for new buyers to tips to help sellers prepare their property for the market, Frank does it all and says it’s her life’s passion.

“I have always had a passion for land development and the right use of growth for communities,” he said. “Real estate is one of the largest investments individuals and families make, and I believe having the correct team member as a Realtor is key.”

Frank said she enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry with others and allowing them to make decisions based on facts and research as opposed to impulse buying.

“For me, it’s about the relationship and the negotiation,” she said, describing her enjoyment in her work. “First, you meet great people and create relationships for life based on trust and respect. Second, there is nothing like creating a win-win negotiation that allows both parties to feel as if they did the right thing and the outcome is the best possible.”

Frank strives for that aspect in every negotiation, she said. And thanks to that goal, today the Grace Frank Group is one of the top listing services in the Greater Chattanooga area.

“We try to think out of the box and create an individual strategy for each client,” she said. “Relocation buyers are my personal area of expertise, as well as seasoned investor sales.”

The full-service Grace Frank Group works with a wide range of clients, from firsttime homebuyers to those looking for luxury living as well as cash flow investment properties. The goal overall is to be the top choice for buyers and sellers and a client’s Realtor for life, said Frank.

“I love what I do,” she said. Waking up and being a Realtor is my life journey, not just work."

Frank plans to continue building her business based on long-term relationships with trust and mutual respect. She strives to work together with clients on both sides of the deal and keep everyone calm and happy throughout the process, she said.

“Giving back to the community and those less fortunate is key in success, and I strive for that too,” Frank added. “Grace Frank Group wants to work for people and with people.”

Health problems are never wanted, but dental issues can pack a double whammy. In addition to the discomfort and mechanical issues they cause, problems involving missing or damaged teeth can be a cosmetic dilemma as well.

Most people in Soddy-Daisy knew about the creek and the secluded gorge that protected it, but otherwise, it was a wellkept secret. The 285-acre area tucked beneath Flat Top Mountain was a private playground for every Huck Finn or Tom Sawyer growing up nearby. Hidden from the prying eyes of parents and police, generations enjoyed climbing on the ruins of ...

Whether the move is across the country or two streets down, the stress of trying to quickly sell a house and find a perfect, affordable home to buy can be overwhelming – even before getting to the logistics of packing, transporting and unpacking.
