A portion of the Tennessee Riverwalk from the Chickamauga Dam to the Fry Center will be closed for repairs for approximately two weeks, according to a news release from the Hamilton County Mayor's Office.

The closing began this morning.

A drain pipe that runs from the Chattanooga State Community College campus under the Riverwalk to the Tennessee River collapsed and needs to be dug up and replaced, the release stated.
