NASHVILLE - Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill was injured in a tour bus accident over the weekend, forcing the band to postpone a Sunday show in New York.

Followill broke his ribs when the band's tour bus driver was forced to stop short when a pedestrian crossed the street in front of the vehicle Saturday night after KOL's show in Boston.

The band postponed the Sunday show in Saratoga Springs and it's unclear if more shows will need to be moved. The Followills are next scheduled to perform Wednesday in Wantagh, New York.

The group's current tour is scheduled to run into October.
