The Hamilton County Circuit Court trial of a $25 million lawsuit against the local Hennen Restaurant Group continues today.

Lisa Barnes, the mother of deceased Hannah Barnes, is suing the group alleging that her 19-year-old daughter drank alcohol at the restaurant hours before she and her manager, Michael Hennen, 27, were killed by a train near McDonald Farm at about 6 a.m. On Aug 22, 2011.

Video footage shown to the jury showed the pair lying on the tracks moments before being killed.
