Channel 3 Eyewitness News will expand its top-rated weekend morning newscast by an additional hour, starting Saturday, February 15.

Eyewitness News: Weekend TODAY will air from 6 to 8 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays followed by NBC's TODAY Show. The TODAY Show on NBC will air 8-10 a.m. on Saturdays and 8-9 a.m. on Sundays. Following its local morning newscast, WRCB will offer live news and weather updates during NBC's TODAY Show as well. That will create a 4-hour news block on Saturdays and a 3-hour block on Sundays.

"Viewers have responded well to local morning news on the weekend since we launched nearly a year ago and we are happy to expand that service," said WRCB News Director Derrall Stalvey.
