Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting in Ridgedale that left a 20-year-old man wounded early Thursday morning.
Keenen Cooley, who was wounded in one of his elbows, did not cooperate with investigators. He told police he was walking in the area of East 12th Street just after 3:30 a.m. when he heard four gunshots.
One of the rounds struck Cooley and someone in a personal vehicle took him to a local hospital for treatment.
Police initially responded to 2115 E. 12th St. but Cooley already had left for the hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to call Chattanooga police at 423-698-2525 or Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333.
