The Chattanooga Transportation Department has announced some downtown streets will be closed this weekend.
The eastbound lanes of the 200 block of M.L. King Boulevard, between Chestnut and Broad streets, will be closed Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The closing is because of the placement of a crane at the Krystal Building.
The southbound lanes of the 900 block of Broad Street, between King Boulevard and 10th Street, will be closed Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Detours will be posted.
