The Alabama trio arrested in connection with the death of 38-year-old Gary Lee Willis were charged last week with kidnapping first-degree, but have now had more charges filed against them in Marshall County.

Albertville, Ala., resident Christopher Todd Cagle, 28, and Michael Stanley Townsel Jr., 28, of Fort Payne, are each now charged with murder in the slaying, and Delia May Downs, 33, of Albertville, Ala., is now charged with hindering prosecution, according to Marshall County Sheriff's Office officials.
