Justin Charles Baker

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested a shooting suspect today.

Justin Charles Baker faces charges of aggravated assault, felony possession of a weapon in connection to a Jan. 3 shooting at 9402 Waconda Shore Drive where 25-year-old Fred "Trey" Cagle was wounded the abdomen.

Baker was found on Gillespie Road. He also faces charges of resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
