Justin Baker

A suspect in a Friday shooting was arrested by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigators Tuesday.

Justin Charles Baker was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and felony possession of a weapon in connection with the shooting at 9042 Waconda Shore Drive in Harrison, where Fred "Trey" Cagle, 25, was wounded in the abdomen.

Baker, who also faces charges of resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, was discovered at an address on Gillespie Road in Chattanooga.
