Chattanooga Police were dispatched to Memorial Hospital on a report of a person shot Wednesday afternoon.
Police were told that Damieon DeShun Cummings was dropped off near Memorial Hospital and was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Mr. Cummings is currently undergoing surgery for life-threatening injuries and is listed as critical at this time.
