Police told The Johnson City Press that 45-year-old Tamatha R. Blevins of Elizabethton took the "plastic or latex" antique from a home on Dec. 27. She was arrested on Wednesday.

The homeowner told police someone forced open the back door of the house and took the massager, a U.S. Navy SEAL tactical knife and a glass jar containing over $500 in loose paper and coin money.

The homeowner said he found a wallet with Blevins' driver's license and Social Security card. Inside along with two credit cards and a check book in Blevins' name.
