Christopher Todd LandersA DeKalb County, Ala., man has been arrested in connection with a Wednesday slaying in the Mount Vernon community on the Alabama side of Lookout Mountain.
DeKalb County Sheriff's Office personnel arrested Christopher Todd Landers, 35, and charged him with murder in the death of Michael Lynn Jenkins, 65.
Landers is being held on $100,000 bond at the DeKalb County Detention Center.
A news release stated the investigation into the homicide is continuing.
