East Tennessee mother describes 'nightmare' of looking for missing, pregnant daughter

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. — Southern California authorities are asking for the public’s help to find a young, pregnant Oak Ridge woman last seen Saturday while on her way to Joshua Tree National Park.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 19-year-old Erin Corwin was driving a blue, 2013 Toyota Corolla with the license plate 7CJX519. She was last seen about 7 a.m. Saturday.

The car was found Monday, but there was no indication of her direction of travel or current whereabouts, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
