Chattanooga Police Chief Fred Fletcher speaks with media at the scene of a body found under suspicious circumstances on Delawanna Pike near Pineville Rd.

Police have identified the dead man found in the parking lot of 210 Delawanna Terrace on June 27 as Wesley Eaves.

Police still do not know the exact cause of death but found obvious signs of foul play.
