about Clay Bennett...

The son of a career army officer, Bennett led a nomadic life, attending ten different schools before graduating in 1980 from the University of North Alabama with degrees in Art and History. In the news...The notion that everyone can stay in the United States once they cross the border seems to be a recurring theme among illegal immigrants coming from Central America – mainly Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. They all know that their family and friends before them received an “order to appear in court” document that allows them safe passage throughout the country.

The illegal immigrants rarely report to court within the 90 days ordered, and most disappear into the fabric of immigrant communities throughout the country without fear of deportation.

Talk to someone in El Paso or Tijuana. Murrieta, CA. Braces for More Immigration protests- NBC News

Several hundred illegals they were not expecting, warned about and that they were prepared for were sent there.

Quit talking about gun control and tax ammunition out of the reach of most people. Tax weapons and ammo to the point criminals that are not wealthy can't afford them. The drug industry will be well armed and prevail but most gangs will have to find another weapon of choice. Or, do what we do in other countries where there is a civil war, arm the to the hilt and let them take each other out with a few cases of collateral damage.

The same players and the same old crap, day after day, after day.

To an independent observer of these threads, all of the medical, psychological, educational and social studies that negatively portray Tennessee in the media are obviously true. Do the citizens of Chattanooga honestly wonder why these stereotypes exist? A better question would be, will the citizens and the editors of the TFP continue to allow these cowardly thugs to highjack the commentary section of this fine newspaper?

The answer is yes...The liberal labels for those disagreeing are a means of discrediting dissent. You are a racist if you disagree in any way with the POTUS. You are a homophobe if you don't support gay initiatives. You are against poor people if you are for more control of the borders. You are heartless, insensitive and against the poor if you object to Obamacare. You are a red state red neck if you are against the banning of guns. http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/07/politics/5-things-immigration-reality-check/index.html?hpt=hp_t2

CNN has a common sense article up on their site this morning on the issue, and it leaves out the hyperbole found elsewhere.

"Obama and many Democrats say House Republicans are to blame for rejecting Senate-passed immigration reform last year without coming up with their own plan."

"...the White House said most children involved probably won't be allowed to stay in the country."

"Inaction by the House on immigration reform has also exacerbated the problem, experts say."

"Obama is vowing to act on his own and use his executive authority to sidestep the House, changes some proponents say could help address the problem."

"White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Monday the "law will be enforced."..."

So where's the beef? What do you expect the man to do, given that the House has failed to pass legislation and appropriate funds to deal with any increased amount of traffic that may or may not be occurring?

The Republicans have been sitting on their hands and blaming the President, for what exactly?

And you wonder why the President has to use the power of the pen to get things done in this country...

Thank you, but CNN offered a much more sensible report this morning, leaving out the drama found in the right-wing rags.

"Some people don't want to know the truth, they are like an Ostrich with their head buried in the sand and their ass in plain view for all to see and they feel safe."

Sir...it's all under control. It doesn't appear that the Democrats are going to be releasing a slew of undocumented aliens into the open that will be allowed to vote in our next election, unfairly propelling Democrats over Republicans, as has been widely reported by idiots.

Americans are not at risk for dying of strange diseases, but it does appear the the Republicans are going to have to get off their asses and deal with some of this legislatively, or the President will deal with it all by himself....AGAIN.

Now those are the facts.

Compare it to that which you have been shoveling. I see little comparison.

CNN usually gets it right and contrary to some popular opinions by conspiracy buffs, they don't give a hoot about the President's reputation. They report the facts.

" You are a racist if you disagree in any way with the POTUS." No, the Reds are the ones who always seem to fear people of color, and have a morbid preoccupation with painting President Obama as unpatriotic not based on facts but prejudices.

"You are a homophobe if you don't support gay initiatives." No, you are a homophobe if you pillory folks who simply say sexual preference is not a basis for discrimination in government, employment or life in general.

"You are against poor people if you are for more control of the borders." No, typically you are more likely to be a xenophobe who has no compassion.

"You are heartless, insensitive and against the poor if you object to Obamacare." No, you have lost all sense of Christian compassion and duty if you do not support in a constructive way those who are in legitimate need. For example I read someone write, "We Christians are more than compassionate, we just don't like to be told to be compassionate." (!)

"You are a red state red neck if you are against the banning of guns." No, you are a red neck if you feel that you need a gun to protect yourself and fail to use common sense. Like the guy who refused to listen to his girlfriend asking him to stay inside and instead went out in the dark, got scared and shot the teenager in his backyard one night a few months ago. (!)

" Journalist reporting news critical of the administration are liars. etc. etc." No, some news organizations are dominated by particular politics of their owners such as FOX news and it is an oxymoron to call the political posturing that they publish "news." Like Sarah Palin. (!)

A coroner has ruled the shooting death of a 3-year-old Joplin girl was an accident.

Newton County coroner Mark Bridges says Miranda Doerr was shot by someone Monday at her home east of Joplin.

Her 6-year-old brother was in the room with her but Bridges told the Joplin Globe that he can’t say definitively who shot the girl. He says he can only rule that she did not shoot herself.

A man is dead after his 6-year-old grandson accidentally pulled the trigger of his uncle’s unattended rifle during a barbecue at the family’s home.

Juan Manuel Martinez Jr., the 6-year-old’s uncle, was having a barbecue with his father Juan Martinez Sr. on Sunday May 25th.

The two, along with a friend who was visiting, were drinking beer and snorting cocaine while socializing, according to the arrest affidavit.

While hanging out, Martinez Jr., 28, went to his room and retrieved an assault rifle to show to his friend.

While outside, Martinez Jr. removed the magazine, looked inside, and reinserted it into the magazine well. The family friend didn’t wish to touch the rifle, according to the affidavit, but it was then handed to his father, Martinez Sr., who then placed it on a table near the barbecue.

Martinez Sr.’s grandson then grabbed the rifle and pulled the trigger which struck the grandfather in the right side of the chest.

You are being sarcastic, right? The commentary by the panel is normally members of the DNC. King, Crowley and Blitzer are without bias?

A NYT article:

But the biggest damage to CNN has been self-inflicted — never more so than in June, when in a rush to be first, it came running out of the Supreme Court saying that President Obama’s health care law had been overturned. It was a hugely embarrassing error.

Still, when big news breaks, we instinctively look to CNN. We want CNN to be good, to be worthy of its moment. That impulse took a beating last week. On Wednesday at 1:45 p.m., the correspondent John King reported that a suspect had been arrested. It was a big scoop that turned out to be false.

Do you have an example regarding FOX and the influx of immigrants, many children without their parents, and their dissemination around the country? What have they, the NYT and POST reported that is not correct?

By that I mean, not the severity, (Watergate, Lewinski/Clinton, etc.) but the sheer volume.

I know you don't believe Obama has anything to do with these but Fast and Furious, immigration, Benghazi, IRS, the VA scandal, Iraq blowing up, Ukraine, Syria, Obamacare, etc, etc.... Even if you don't believe any of them, there are a lot.

The recurring theme with Obama is his myopic liberal outlook and his total an absolute mismanagement. He isn't doing well because he just doesn't know what to do. He is grossly incompetent.

Why is he incompetent? He doesn't have the background or training to be an executive. He was a professor and a community organizer. This is no surprise to those of us that stated that from the start.

That in itself is not a huge problem if he hired people that had that experience but he doesn't even have the judgement to hire competent people.

He is a disaster and if democrats had any sense they would run away from him as fast as possible. Some sitting democrats in congress already have.

tifosi....the problem with liberals is that they are basically frozen by empathy and sympathy. A good example of this form of destructive empathy is the practice of triage in the medical profession.

In a battle, the doctor goes down the line and determines which patients will or will not benefit (or live) and which will not. If that doctor used your liberal philosophy, he would try to help everyone and everyone would die. What a responsible person would do is to let the people that cannot be helped die, and then help the people that there is a chance to save. Then some people, at least, would live.

Your debilitating form of empathy makes it impossible to fix any problem, especially the one going on on the border right now. "We just want to help" will not only hurt these children, but also the people who own this country. These illegals are not the owners of this country and I would much prefer my tax dollars to support our own elderly and poor than these foreigners. You can't save everyone.

What this destructive empathy also does is let you liberals off the hook. It makes you feel good and superior that you "FEEL" more than those nasty old conservatives. By choosing this path, you insulate yourself from blame because you are advocating to "help them." The problem is that you have no plan to make their lives better.

The cynical side of this is that democrats also see this as an opportunity to show Hispanics that they "care" and produce more future votes for democrats. As the church lady on Saturday Night Live would say, "How convenient.."

We need to send these people home. That is the right thing to do for us and for them.

Around 8 a.m., students alerted a teacher that the child, who police say is about 5 years old, had brought a weapon into the school building. The teacher quickly confiscated the gun.

Detectives and forensics investigators spent nearly a full 24 hours in rural Riverside County trying to determind whether any foul play or negligence was involved in his death.

The boy's grandfather was in the home at the time of the shooting and was being questioned Wednesday afternoon, but a Riverside County sheriff's official told NBC4 Wednesday morning the boy appears to have accidentally shot himself in the home. (...)

tifosi...guns are tools, like hammers, axes, knives...Do some people abuse them? Yes, they do...like in Chicago in black neighborhoods..14 deaths and 82 wounded on the 4th weekend. By the way, Chicago has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country. They seem to be working...ha!

Do people sometimes leave them laying around and a kid finds one and hurts themselves? Yes they do, but just as many are killed and hundreds of thousands injured every year riding bikes. Accidents happen..do we want to outlaw bikes? Who wants bike control?

Cherry picking facts to suit your agenda is not playing well. Guns are used thousands of times a year to save lives and stop crime.

Here is the truth according to the CDC, " Citing the CDC, ABC reports that 1,337 people under age 18 died from gunshot wounds in 2010, which is actually trending down from 1,544 in 2000. When looking at ages 1-14, which the CDC actually classifies as children, there were 369 gun deaths in 2010 (including suicides, homicides and unintentional deaths)." During the same time, 667 people died on bicycles according to the National Highway Traffic Safety statistics.

According to Time Magazine in an article on this subject, "Still, Kleck estimates that an assailant or the defender actually fired a handgun in nearly half the cases. If so, 322,000 incidents each year involved great danger, and the potential victims credited their guns with protecting them. That is about ten times the number who die from guns annually in the U.S...."

Guns in the hands of people who are trained to use them are a deterrent to crime. If liberals want to disarm, then so be it. There will just be less liberals to threaten our 2nd amendment rights.

Crack moms always hang out in a Bass Pro Shop. Right Jack???

A 5 year old boy found his father's gun in a dressing room at the Bass Pro shop in Bricktown, Oklahoma and shot himself and his father. From an article:

Police told KOCO 5 the father and son were in Oklahoma City from their home near Amarillo, Texas, for the Jason Aldean concert. The little boy was playing in the store when he got a hold of his dad's gun.

According to Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow with the Oklahoma City Police Department, “Father and son were in the dressing room together. The son, who was 5- years-old, was apparently playing with dad's cellphone which was sitting there in the dressing room.”

Also in the dressing room and within the boy's reach was a loaded handgun.

"The dad had a concealed carry permit. He had taken his gun off, set it down," Wardlow said.

That's when, according to police, the boy grabbed the gun shooting himself in the hand and his dad in the leg. Both victims were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.

Edward Orozco gets it. Many gun owners don't.

A 3-year-old boy is recovering after accidentally shooting himself in the lower torso on Monday afternoon.

Pima County Sheriff's Deputies are continuing to investigate how the toddler got his hands on a loaded weapon in his own home.

Deputies responded to the shooting in the 26000 block of South Monarch Way in Amado just after 12:30 p.m. A helicopter medivacked the toddler to the UAMC Trauma Center.

"The surgery ended and the 3-year-old child is expected to live and is in stable condition," Deputy Tracy Suitt said.

"This outcome could have been a lot worse," said neighbor Edward Orozco, who was working on his roof at the time of the shooting. (...)

Most of the neighbors in the rural area of Amado known as Elephant Head own guns, Orozco said.

"And what do you do to make sure this wouldn't happen to your children?" 9 On Your Side asked Orozco.

"Everyday I put my gun -- I have a lock -- a safe, I put my gun away," Orozco said.

Keeping guns locked in a safe location is the safety message echoed by the Sheriff's Department.

"We all know that young children are very inquisitive and if they see a weapon they're going to think it is possibly a toy and then there may be an accident like we had today," Suitt said.

I would suggest that responsible gun owners contact the NRA and get them to start pushing for this very point. It is in their handbook. It just needs more reinforcement via advertising, paid for by the NRA. Otherwise, mothers will continue turning against gun owners. They are gaining momentum. Why is it you reds never seem to make any sense. Are you incapable of presenting a logical and meaningful argument? Z at 1:03PM tries to contrast sympathy for children killed by parent's guns, parents with no common sense, with (alleged lack of sympathy)for persons having abortions. He asks us to makes 3 leaps to accept his argument, first you have to equate reckless endangerment of a child by a parent with a woman's decision to end a pregnancy; and then you have to equate a fetus as a human being capable of living outside the womb, ab initio. Finally we must accept his argument that people who are not anti-abortion do not have sympathy for a person who aborts a fetus.

The first leap is just dumb. The second leap flies in the face of accepted law and medical knowledge. The third leap is a speculation of no substance pulled out of thin air. And guess what, Z-fister, we are all hypocrites.

RE: Border Issue

  1. Just an update from my immigration contact.

"Its probably going to get ugly in Murrieta tomorrow. Fedzilla wants their aliens processed and released at Murrieta, local citizens be damned. If you go to the protest tomorrow, keep your cameras rolling to document how the Feds treat peaceful American citizens.

By the way, 38 of the first 136 load from last Tuesday were diagnosed with scabies along with at least one border patrol agent who caught it from them. There were also many cases of head lice and at least one suspected case of TB. Welcome to Obama’s new America. Orchestrated mass chaos. And its getting worse by the day. 290,000 Central American fake asylum seekers so far just in the past year.

Meanwhile, MS-13 and other dangerous gangs and cartels south of the border are using this crisis get their criminals into the U.S. and our cities. All adult males, when caught by the Border Patrol are claiming to be 17 and from Central America even if they are older. There is no way for the Feds to prove they are older. 17 and younger Central Americans qualify for automatic asylum in the U.S. and are not being deported. This is possibly the biggest scam in the history of the U.S.! And Obama and House Republicans are doing nothing to stop it. Call your Congressman tomorrow and demand they stop this insanity this week!

http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-Texas/2014/07/06/SOURCE-FEDS-To-Bring-in-Riot-Squad-Against-Illegal-Immigration-Protesters HOUSTON, Texas--As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving. The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don't get dumped in their town. But soon the concerned citizens may be forced to step down--Breitbart Texas has learned that federal agents plan to arrive in Murrieta on Monday with riot gear to ensure that another busload makes it to the housing facility.

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California--a town that neighbors Murrieta--told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that "it's going to get ugly."

July 8, 2014 at 2:53 p.m.

  1. Oliver said, "The feds are pissed that they haven't been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday--they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back."

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

"We're being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They're apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff's Department showed up last night and brought huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

On Friday, six protesters were arrested in Murrieta. One was apprehended for crossing "the yellow tape that blocked protesters from the Border Patrol station entrance," according to USA Today.

Henry expressed frustration at the fact that the illegal immigrants are being "rewarded" for breaking the law--after illegally crossing the border, they receive a slew of taxpayer subsidized benefits like housing, food, education, vocational training, and legal counsel. Most are then released onto U.S. soil.

When U.S. citizens break the law, on the other hand, they pay the price. "f any one of us were to roll through a stop sign, we'd be pulled over and ticketed," Henry noted.

On June 4th Breitbart Texas' Managing Director Brand Darby broke the news that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) would be relocating illegal immigrants from Texas to California. Within moments of that story being published, the official Twitter account of the San Diego CBP tweeted at Darby, insisting the report was “erroneous” and asking for it to be removed from the internet.

Days later the San Diego CBP deleted the tweet from their official account. Subsequent reports, outlining plans to fly immigrants to Southern California, proved CBP had indeed planned the relocation all along.

It is unclear how the border crisis will be handled moving forward, especially given that many U.S. citizens oppose the migrants being shipped by the hundreds to their communities."

"tifosi..What is your solution for addressing the gun problem? I could see those allowing kids to harm themselves or others being subjected to serious penalties including long term imprisonment."

My solution is to secure the future of the 2nd Amendment. But, it also involves responsible gun owners policing the irresponsible ones. Gun owners will not allow anyone to do anything to stop the carnage for fear of losing their rights.

I think it would go a long way if the NRA would seriously reinforce the act of properly securing of firearms. Too many gunslingers leave firearms laying around the house. They seem to think they are better prepared for a home invasion. I think that argument is full of holes (pun intended). If they are seriously concerned about a home invasion, they will have the firearm properly secured on their body in a holster. Firearms are useless in a closet while you are sitting in an easy chair with a remote.

Bottom line: The responsible gun owners are being hurt by the irresponsible ones. The responsible ones should push the NRA to launch a major campaign about the responsibility of properly securing firearms, just like it states in the NRA handbook. I think this simple act will take a lot of steam out of the gun control arguments.

Any soldier will tell you there are serious consequences for leaving a firearm unsecured. At a minimum: 30 days loss of pay, 30 days restriction to barracks and 30 days extra duty. A second offense and you are at the mercy of the Colonel.

Avielle Richman Obituary

Avie had moved to Sandy Hook from San Diego about two years ago with her parents, Jeremy Richman and Jennifer Hensel.

"They still call Avielle their California girl," Melissa C. Stewart, a family friend, told the San Diego Union-Tribune. "When they first moved here, it was hard to keep shoes on Avielle because she was so used to running barefoot on the beach in San Diego."

Victoria Soto Obituary

She beams in snapshots. Her enthusiasm and cheer was evident. She was doing, those who knew her say, what she loved.

And now, Victoria Soto is being called a hero.

Though details of the 27-year-old teacher's death remained fuzzy, her name has been invoked again and again as a portrait of selflessness and humanity among unfathomable evil.

Investigators informed relatives that she was killed while shielding her first-graders from danger. She reportedly hid some students in a bathroom or closet, ensuring they were safe, a cousin, Jim Wiltsie, told ABC News.

Benjamin Wheeler Obituary

Music surrounded Benjamin Wheeler as he grew up in a household where both his mother and father were performers.

They left behind stage careers in New York City when they moved to Newtown with Benjamin and his older brother Nate.

"We knew we wanted a piece of lawn, somewhere quiet, somewhere with good schools," Francine Wheeler told the Newtown Bee in a profile.

She is a music educator and singer-songwriter. Sometimes the musical mother would try out tunes on her own children, with some tunes that she made up for Ben as a baby eventually finding their way onto a CD, she told the newspaper.

Allison Wyatt Obituary

Allison Wyatt was a kind-hearted little girl who formed special bonds with almost everyone she met. She'd surprise her family with her random acts of kindness - once even offering her snacks to a stranger on a plane, her family recalled.

She loved her teachers and her family. Sometimes, she'd make her parents laugh so hard they cried. She wanted to be an artist, and her drawings would be taped to the walls as if the house were an art studio.

"Allison made the world a better place for six, far too short, years and we now have to figure out how to move on without her," her family said in a statement. "She was a sweet, creative, funny, intelligent little girl who had an amazing life ahead of her. Our world is a lot darker now that she's gone. We love and miss her so much."

Do you consider Homosexuality/sodomy to be sin?

You have had quite a long time to figure it out.

Here is a clearly worded passage of Scripture that should help you:

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

.......The AK47 lay dejected upon the Psychiatrist's couch. "Doc" He said. "I can't take it any more! These deeply embedded feelings, these thoughts which I can't believe I am feeling and thinking. But, alas, I must admit, it is me. Yes, it is I and I alone who is to blame! The very plastic and metal upon my frame and barrel feels the torture...the agony...the shame! Sometimes I just wish I had been made an M16. Doc, what makes me shoot people?"Asked the AK47 as he thought about his latest tumbling bullets (which at first also jammed!).

The Psychiatrist replied, "Don't feel so badly AK47. What if you were a human who didn't even own a gun? What if your fate was to just lay there until you did muster enough courage to shoot somebody. At least you went out and did the job, right or wrong. Just be happy that you aren't owned by a person who would probably end up getting the credit after you shot somebody."

Relieved and enjoying an overwhelming catharsis the AK47 thanked his Psychiatrist. "Doc" He said. "Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am renewed! Now I shall get up off this couch and begin a grass roots movement. I will go to all the guns in the whole wide world with my proclamation. I will declare to all the weapons every and anywhere...'Go forth! Arise! Let both the gun owners and those who do not have guns sleep if they so choose...but we will not sleep...we the weapons of the world will go forth and shoot victims!"

The End

Boy, Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama, is scared to the border and mingle with the "dreamers". I think he's scared of getting his ass kicked by the Mexican gang members crossing over, or getting TB, scabies, lice, chicken pox and few other gifts from central America.

He'll go as close as Austin, but no closer.

I think he, Moochelle, and their two daughters should go down there and change diapers. LOL

Poor comparison, timby. The first two, at least, aren't designed specifically to hurt, maim, or kill. And the third is normally used as a kitchen tool. Plus its much more difficult to dodge a bullet than a knife. Also, guns on average are designed to do the most damage on a massive scale.

No you're not. You're a right-wingnut tea-bagger/repub who's too embarrassed to amit it, now you're claiming libertarian as a cover.

Many traditional long time libertarians have left the party because they fear it has been invaded by far too many right wing nut extremist.

You are not free, you are in bondage to sin instead. Homosexuality/sodomy has consequences for you now with it's guilt and suffering from disease.

More importantly your sin has eternal consequences:

A South Carolina homeowner would have been at a distinct disadvantage to a man who invaded his home early Thursday.

Orlandous Brown, 33, suffers from cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair.

But the Easley, S.C. man had a gun and used it to defend himself against 26 year-old Atlanta native Darin Lowe, according to The Greenville News.

Both exchanged gunfire in Brown’s living room. The wheelchair-bound man prevailed, however, shooting Lowe several times, killing him. Brown was shot as well but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Latisha Vernon, a friend of Brown’s, and her 17 year-old daughter were in the house during the shootout and called police.

ren, only an idiot or someone who doesn't mind living under a tyranny would be ok with the police, military and criminals being armed, and law abiding citizens not allowed to be.

Why is it dangerous Z for police and the military to have guns? I thought you believed vets deserved the highest praise and of course the police can do no wrong? Unless, methinks, you yourself have decided you will not give this country the supreme loyalty it expects; therefore, you fear others may be thinking the same thing ? Perhaps you love your gun out of some bloodlust that you may be able to shoot hippie liberals and queers when your divided loyalty becomes contagious.

That is what is dangerous about you Gen. LeMay, said Dr. Strangelove ominously. We must be prepared.

Timbo,

You surprise me! Finally, an educated neck! Why do you think I chose that name? I developed that screen name since my good friend Al Gore invented the internet and I had just begun some real estate acquisition/development firms in the USA. I believe the state should have a derivative of this screen name registered under one of my companies. As a matter of fact, I just left my beautiful home in the Town of Signal Mountain and that is why this neanderthal, knuckle dragging commentaries are bothersome. I love Tennessee, always striving to make it better but often coming to a crossroad with the likes of you. I review this thread and I read only insults and mud slinging while you guys cannot understand why Washington cannot get anything done! They are direct reflections of their constituents!

Timbo, I hope you are half as smart as you are frucken dumb. I know your are brilliant, realize you are tough and it does not take a genius. Therefore, look me up, find out my name, ask around but do not cower for you will soon discover, I am no pu$$y. Tell you what, let us see who finds the other first - I will let you know on this thread - and when I come back in town, we will meet for lunch. You do not even have to tell me where you will be and I will buy the first round!

Elitist, if you only knew that I am in the DEEP south and I ain't talking about in your wife a$$. I am across the border in Mexico working hard everyday. So let us just drop the name calling and stick to the discussion - truce, okay? Or, if you wish, tell me what do you drink again?

Illegals come and illegals go. What is missing from this discussion is the fact that despite any uptick of youngsters and young mothers crossing the border, there are still just as many sneaking back across, leaving any gain at net-zero, which has been the case since at least 2006.

Adults are not finding work. So they are returning to their home countries.

"He is not competent enough to accomplish having everything be his fault but he has shown his ineptness sufficient to prove he is not capable of handling the job."

That's nothing more than your personal opinion. History and history books will be far kinder to the man, despite any personal assessments by average people like yourself.

"3.97 billion will not cover the cost."

He never said it would, but what are the chances he will have to fight tooth and nail to get even that amount to deal with the issue.

The Republicans have done nothing about illegal immigration, including funding agencies empowered to enforce existing laws on the books.

"Not a small amount for a country that is bankrupt unless they confiscate huge amounts from the public and businesses."

The United States is not bankrupt, nor will it go bankrupt anytime in the future. How long have you naysayers been predicting insolvency for the United States?

You really need to learn some new material. Your presentations are really getting boring.
