They will be taking fan photos - first come first served - from 2-3 p.m., then will be onstage at 4 p.m.

Jonathan and Drew Scott have always been go-getters. They've also always been organized.

It's that last trait that allows the twin stars of "Property Brothers" and "Brother Versus Brother" to keep as many as nine projects going at once during filming, which they are doing somewhere in the United States or their home country of Canada nearly 11 months a year.

At 36 years old, they also both sell real estate; Jonathan works part-time as an award-winning illusionist in Las Vegas and Drew also directs and produces TV and film projects. He just booked a roll in a film, but can't talk about it yet, he says.

At 7, the Scott twins, without help or influence from their parents, started weaving rosettes on hangers as a decorative design for the closet, and pretty soon they hooked up with a woman who had a paraphernalia shop in Japan who sold them by the thousands.

"It paid for a nice vacation for the family," Drew says.

Both brothers will be doing a presentation offering tips and tricks for home remodeling at the She Expo on Sunday, July 27. "The Pioneer Woman" Ree Drummond is the special guest on Saturday, July 26.

The event will also feature free health screenings, beauty products and services, food sampling, cooking demonstrations, fashions displays, fitness and health products, entertainment and more.

While the Scott brothers share many of the same personality characteristics, they also have different interests, both say over the phone from Las Vegas, where they are up at 5:45 a.m. for the interview

"I got a magic kit as a kid and that was it for me," Jonathan says.

"Once I got hold of a basketball, it was glued to by hand," Drew says. "I'm a sports junkie."

Jonathan was also the tinkerer in the household, constantly taking things apart and putting them back together.

"When our Dad said it was time to mow the grass, Jonathan would have to take the mower apart first to see how it worked," Drew says. "If something broke, Dad would say, 'Don't worry about it, Drew, that's not your strength; Jonathan will fix it.'"

"I took the VCR apart and put it back together," Jonathan says. "That's why I got into woodworking. I like making things."

Drew says he also prefers things that are clean and tidy.

"I also never played in the sandbox because it was dirty. I would line up my things outside of it."

The two bought, fixed up and sold their first house while in college, netting themselves a $50,000 profit. Though they've each found some work acting, they thought real estate was a more secure way to earn a living. Combining their design and real estate interests with television is the best of all worlds, they say.

"We provide 60 hours of original material for HGTV," Jonathan says.

The twins joined older brother J.D. to form Scottbrothers Entertainment. Together they work on scripts, developing projects and pursuing acting work. While they do projects individually, Drew says "our strength come from being together."

"I've been trying to get rid of Drew for years," Jonathan says with a laugh.
