High traffic and an overturned tractor-trailer west of Chattanooga have brought traffic to a near standstill on Interstate 24.
The truck overturned at the Tennessee-Georgia line, shutting down the westbound lanes toward Chattanooga, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
The agency estimates the roadway will be cleared by 3 p.m. Eastbound traffic is delayed by rubberneckers, TDOT said.
