Chattanooga Lookouts beat Huntsville Stars with three in ninth

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Chattanooga Lookouts scored three runs in the top of the ninth inning and beat the Huntsville Stars 4-1 in Southern League baseball Wednesday night.

Scott Schebler scored the go-ahead run on a sacrifice fly by Corey Seager, and O'Koyea Dickson and Daniel Mayora scored on wild pitches by Huntsville's Manny Barreda as Chattanooga broke the 1-1 tie to win the final game in the five-game series.

Dickson finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored, and Mayora also had three hits. Jhan Marinez picked up the win in relief for Chattanooga, and Jarret Martin recorded his fourth save.

The opener of a five-game home series against Birmingham at AT&T Field is tonight at 7:15. Andres Santiago (3-6, 4.79 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Scott Snodgress (6-7, 3.89) scheduled for the Barons.
