Chattanooga relief pitcher Juan Ramon Noriega drew a bases-loaded walk from Mobile reliever Kaleb Fleck as the Lookouts pulled out a 7-6 decision Monday night at AT&T Field.

Daniel Mayora doubled to left field with two out in the 10th, and then Fleck intentionally walked Scott Schebler and Brian Cavazos-Galvez to get to the pitcher. Fleck threw three consecutive balls to Noriega before throwing a strike and then another ball that ended the 3-hour, 39-minute marathon.

Fleck's three walks were the only walks allowed by BayBears pitchers.

The Lookouts have won three of their last four games to improve to 23-35 with 12 games remaining in the Southern League's first half. Chattanooga and Mobile will play tonight at 7:15 and then Wednesday morning at 11:15.

Lookouts starting pitcher Chris Reed struggled, allowing nine hits and four runs in five innings. Chattanooga trailed 5-0 entering its half of the fifth but then collected seven hits that resulted in six runs and a one-run lead.

Schebler, Ryan Adams and Noel Cuevas each doubled for the Lookouts in the fifth, while Cavazos-Galvez, J.C. Boscan, Darnell Sweeney and O'Koyea Dickson each singled.

Earlier in the day, the Southern League announced that Lookouts manager Razor Shines would guide the North Division team during the league's all-star game June 17 at AT&T Field. Joining Shines will be Lookouts pitching coach Scott Radinsky, hitting coach Shawn Wooten and athletic trainer Aaron Schumacher.

Shines has 662 victories in his 10-season managerial career and worked in the Southern League during the 2004 and 2005 seasons, when he guided the Birmingham Barons to the playoffs.
