DECATURVILLE, Tenn. - A court hearing is scheduled for a West Tennessee man charged in the disappearance of a nursing student three years ago.

Zachary Adams is set to appear in Decatur County Circuit Court on Wednesday.

Adams was indicted on murder and kidnapping charges in March as part of the investigation into the disappearance of 20-year-old Holly Bobo in April 2011. He has pleaded not guilty.

Another man, Jason Autry, also has been charged with murder and kidnapping in the Bobo case.

Prosecutors and officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have released few details of the case. Investigators say Bobo's body has not been found.

Adams' lawyer has filed motions asking a judge to force prosecutors to give her evidence that pertains to her client's guilt or innocence.
