Rossville man accused of multiple child sex crimes

ROSSVILLE, Ga. — A North Georgia man is accused of several sex crimes against children including molestation and rape. Detectives in Rossville say more charges are likely coming against 28-year-old Christopher Holmes as they continue reviewing evidence.

Rossville Police started investigating Holmes in mid-May when he was reported for showing nude photographs of juveniles on his cell phone around his apartment complex. Detectives say that started a sex crime investigation that's revealed multiple victims.

Officers arrested Christopher Holmes at his home in Happy Valley Apartments in Rossville where residents say he was sharing explicit photos of kids on his phone. Rossville detectives say Holmes had molested some of those pictured. Weeks of investigation led them to at least four possible victims, ranging in age from toddler to early teens, boy and girl.
