University of Tennessee at Chattanooga junior Jacob Huesman is one of 36 included in the College Football Performance Awards Quarterback Watch List for the 2014 NCAA FCS season. The former Baylor School standout was 164-for-240 for 1,637 passing yards and 16 touchdowns last year, with only five interceptions, and ran for 894 yards and nine touchdowns.
