Percussion tonight at Sluggo’s North Vegetarian Cafe

Man Forever, an exploratory percussion project helmed by John Colpitts (aka Kid Millions), a founding member of Oneida and one of New York’s most critically lauded collaborators, will perform tonight, June 26, at Sluggo’s North Vegetarian Cafe, 501 Cherokee Blvd. Also on the quadruple bill are Buffalo Princess, an ambient thrash metal band from Chattanooga; Monomath, a Chattanooga band with hints of prog, math, post-hardcore and jazz; and White Gregg, Knoxville’s underground post-punk, no-wave supergroup. The show is presented by Secret Weave and the Shaking Ray Levi Society. Music starts at 10 p.m. Tickets are $7. For more information, call 423-752-5224.
