Dwaine Love

KNOXVILLE - A man wanted in a North Knoxville shooting that left a man dead and a woman wounded surrendered Friday to police.

Dwaine Love, 20, turned himself in at the Safety Building, according to Knoxville Police Department spokesman Darrell DeBusk.

He is being interviewed by detectives before being taken to jail.
