Four face drug charges in Catoosa County

The Catoosa County Sheriff's Office conducted two search warrants recently that ended with a combined total of four arrests, the confiscation of more than 10 pounds of marijuana, multiple weapons and approximately $8,000, according to a news release.

A March 8 search of a Rossville, Ga. home produced more than eight pounds of marijuana, approximately $1,000 and one firearm. Residents of the home, Michael Rushad Johnson, 26, and Amber Joy Cook, 23, were arrested.

On March 15, officers served a subsequent warrant at 70 E. Pine St.in Rossville and seized more than two pounds of marijuana, approximately $7,000 and numerous weapons. James Edward Stanley, 27, and John Lee Lockley Jr. were arrested.

The search warrants were a result of information obtained from the U.S. Postal Service Inspector.
