Southbound Market Street at Kent Street will be detoured beginning Tuesday, March 18, at 8:30 a.m. and ending on Friday, March 21, at 5 p.m. because of a water line installation project.

Southbound Market Street will be detoured right (west) onto Kent Street, then left (south) onto Velma Street, then left (east) onto Cherokee Boulevard, back to Market Street.

This portion of the project will be for the water line installation only. Paving will be done at a later date, yet to be determined.

Northbound Market Street will remain open. All work is weather permitting and detours will be posted.
