XMC Inc. remains on top, grows its market
With excellent service to all clients as its goal, XMC Inc. is seeing fantastic growth and an increase in its clientele.

In recent months, the Chattanooga team has hired at least three new employees to help achieve this goal, while the company at large has hired several new folks to better serve the growing business.
“We continue to see strong growth in our market and in our market share,” said general manager Terry Smith. “We’ve added Don Godby as our managing print services specialist, and Ross Porter and Jenna Bruns as two new account executives.”
Godby relocated to the Chattanooga company from North Carolina and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
“I cover East Tennessee and North Alabama,” he said in regards to the clients he serves. “I’m really happy with XMC and hope to make this my final stop.”
Smith said XMC is excited about the direction the industry is headed and is happy to be an active part. “We’re ready for a big 2014,” he noted.
In less than 20 years, XMC has become the second-largest Xerox dealer in the United States. In recent months, the company was named a 14 Star Top Performer with Xerox Corporation, an award that only three out of 400 agencies earned this year, which further speaks to the company’s successful performance and growth.
“For those unfamiliar with us, we are a full solutions provider, from small convenience copiers all the way up to large productions presses,” Smith explained. “We service areas across East Tennessee all the way through Northern Alabama.”

Though new faces have been added, XMC of Chattanooga retains its core staff, including account executive Scott Davis and production print specialist Jeff Wishmyer.
