ATLANTA - Police are investigating a fatal, broad daylight shooting in southwest Atlanta.

Atlanta police spokesman John Chafee says a man who appeared to be in his late 20s to early 30s was found with a gunshot wound to his chest on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Wednesday afternoon.

The man hasn't been identified and police say they're trying to determine what led up to the shooting.
