Amenities: Salt-water swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi, high-tech clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, carefree valet waste system, playground, leash-free dog park and car care center. Residences have 9-foot vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances including microwaves, ceiling fans, spacious closets and private balconies or patios.
History: Housing Trust Group has been in area market since 2004.
Appeal: Resort-like atmosphere combining greenery and park space with modern design and technology.
Rent per unit: One bedroom starts at $850 a month, two bedroom at $999 a month. Pre-lease pricing is offered before project’s completion.
Timeline: Forest Cove Apartments are scheduled to open May 1.
