Challenger Randy Fairbanks has lead in tight race with incumbent Fred Skillern in GOP primary for District 1 Hamilton County Commission

Randy Fairbanks is winning a tight race for the District 1 Hamilton County Commission seat.

With 55 of 130 precincts reporting, Fairbanks has 507 votes to incumbent Fred Skillern's 480 votes.

There is no Democratic opposition in the August election.
